By accessing and using the NowLanguage mobile application and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

NowLanguage provides on-demand interpretation, translation, and language learning services through our mobile platform. Our services include:

• Real-time interpretation (phone, video, in-person)
• Document translation services
• Language learning and tutoring sessions
• Professional interpreter and translator matching
• Payment processing and session management

User Accounts and Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Interpreter/Translator Responsibilities

As a service provider on our platform, you agree to:

• Maintain professional standards and ethics
• Provide accurate and complete interpretation/translation
• Respect client confidentiality at all times
• Meet scheduled appointments punctually
• Use appropriate technology and equipment
• Complete required training and certification updates
• Follow our quality assurance guidelines

Client Responsibilities

As a client using our services, you agree to:

• Provide clear and accurate session requirements
• Treat interpreters and translators with respect
• Pay for services as agreed upon
• Cancel sessions with appropriate notice
• Provide feedback honestly and constructively
• Not record sessions without explicit consent
• Comply with confidentiality requirements

Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Clients pay for services at agreed-upon rates
• Interpreters/translators receive payment minus platform fees
• Payments are processed according to established schedules
• Disputed charges are subject to review process
• Refunds are provided according to our refund policy
• Late payment fees may apply for overdue accounts
• All prices are subject to applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation policy:

• Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: Full refund
• Cancellations 2-24 hours in advance: 50% fee applies
• Cancellations less than 2 hours: Full fee applies
• No-shows: Full fee applies
• Emergency cancellations reviewed case-by-case
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
• Service provider cancellations may result in compensation

Quality Standards and Disputes

We maintain quality through:

• Regular performance monitoring and feedback
• Professional certification requirements
• Client rating and review systems
• Dispute resolution procedures
• Quality assurance team oversight
• Continuous training and improvement programs
• Fair and transparent complaint handling

Confidentiality and Privacy

Confidentiality obligations:

• All session content is strictly confidential
• Interpreters/translators bound by professional ethics
• No recording without explicit consent from all parties
• Client information protected according to privacy policy
• Professional privilege respected where applicable
• Data security measures implemented throughout platform

Intellectual Property

Intellectual property rights:

• NowLanguage retains rights to platform technology
• Users retain rights to their original content
• Service providers grant license for platform use
• Respect for third-party intellectual property required
• No unauthorized use of trademarks or copyrighted material
• Platform improvements may incorporate user feedback

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited as follows:

• Services provided "as is" without warranties
• No liability for indirect or consequential damages
• Maximum liability limited to fees paid for specific service
• Force majeure events exclude liability
• Users responsible for their own compliance with laws
• Platform availability not guaranteed 100% of the time

Termination

Account termination may occur:

• By user request at any time
• For violation of terms of service
• For fraudulent or illegal activity
• For repeated quality issues
• For non-payment of fees
• With or without cause by NowLanguage
• Data retention according to privacy policy

Governing Law

These terms are governed by:

• Laws of the State of Minnesota, USA
• Federal laws of the United States
• Disputes resolved through binding arbitration
• Venue in Hennepin County, Minnesota
• English language version controls
• Severability clause applies to invalid provisions

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app and email notifications.
